Immanuel Lutheran Church offers many opportunities for its members to participate in music ministry and is spearheaded by Ken Mowell.  Our worship ministry provides musical leadership for all worship services and events.

Our Praise Team and Praise Band provide vocal leadership and  instrumental music for our contemporary worship services.  The Praise Team rehearses Wednesdays from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.  the Praise Band meets on the same evenings from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. 

Senior choir (ages 12 and up) meets Wednesdays from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. and performs at 8:00 and 10:30 worship services in addition to special services held at various times of year.

Children participate in our music ministry by singing and playing rhythm instruments.  Children practice during Sunday School and as part of our evening “What a Wednesday” program.

In addition to traditional choirs and our praise team, members may also participate in handbell choirs for youth and adults.  These groups meet on Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Orchestra meets seasonally and provides special music during Christmas and Easter services.
